What We Do
Four disciplines, one delivery standard
KERP Technologies works across four focused service lines — offshore delivery, SAP consulting, .NET development, and web platforms — built for enterprises that want Japan-aligned delivery discipline, not a generalist vendor.
Our Approach
A small number of things, done properly
We intentionally stay narrow: an offshore delivery center for Japan-focused engagements, SAP consulting across Sales & Distribution and Plant Maintenance, .NET application development, and web platforms. Rather than spreading thin as a generalist vendor, we'd rather be genuinely strong in these four areas — and we expect that focus to sharpen further as we take on real client engagements and learn firsthand what needs improving.

Learn moreHow We Deliver
Built to work the way Japanese enterprises expect it to
Delivery is structured around short, visible iterations rather than long fixed-scope phases — regular working sessions, a single point of contact on our side, and status reporting that follows the hōrensō (報連相) discipline of report, contact, and consult that Japanese stakeholders expect as standard practice, not a courtesy.
Every client-facing engineer is assessed for business Japanese and English fluency before being staffed onto a Japan-facing engagement, and cross-border data handling is designed around Japan's APPI requirements from the outset — because retrofitting compliance after an engagement has already started is expensive and slow. As a young company, we're building this discipline into how we work from day one, rather than treating it as something to formalize later once we're bigger.
