3. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate and complete project requirements and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
• Safeguard credentials, data, and confidential information shared with us.

4. Company Obligations

• Deliver services with professional skill, diligence, and care.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and project information.
• Provide timely communication and reasonable support during project execution.

5. Fees and Payment

• Fees are agreed upon in advance through contracts or statements of work.
• Payments must be made in accordance with agreed schedules.
• Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or interest charges.

6. Intellectual Property

• Deliverables created under contract shall belong to the client unless otherwise agreed.
• The company retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery.

7. Limitation of Liability

• The company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if obligations are not fulfilled.
• Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
